Join us for the NorCal Tattoo Expo Friday, November 2nd - Sunday, November 4th, 2018 at Win-River Resort & Casino Event Center located at 2100 Redding Rancheria Rd. Redding, CA 96001. The 2018 NorCal Tattoo Expo is hosted by Iron Mountain Tattoo in Redding, CA & will bring together over 60 artists for a 3-Day Tattoo Expo featuring daily Tattoo Contests, Prizes, Giveaways & After Parties w/ Live Music & More!  The NorCal Tattoo Expo is open to the public ages 18+ and will require a valid ID to get tattooed. To enter the casino floor or bars guests must be 21+ with a valid ID.
