Founded in 2018 by Paul David, the Norcal Tattoo Expo is a premier annual event celebrating the artistry and culture of tattooing. With seven successful events to date, the expo has become a staple in the Northern California tattoo community—except for 2020, when the event was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Paul, a Redding native and owner of The Marketing Harbor has been producing local trade shows & expos for the last 11-years. In collaboration with his high school friend and accomplished tattoo artist Curt Baer, the owner of Iron Mountain Tattoo, the Norcal Tattoo Expo brings together top-tier talent from across the country. Curt, who did some of Paul’s first tattoos, now serves as the host of the event and is a sought-after artist at conventions worldwide.
