The artists below will be in attendance tattooing at the Norcal Tattoo Expo on November 7-9, 2025 at Win-River Resort & Casino Event Center.  If you see an artist that you would like to book with, we highly recommend you reach out to them via their Instagram profile which is provided in each graphic. Booking ahead of time will ensure you have a set appointment! Otherwise, you can still attend the Tattoo Expo each day and check availability for the artists you would like to get tattooed by!
